Bandwidth Overage

There is a bandwidth limit on all of our hosting plans. We allow you to exceed that limitation by paying $1/GB. We’ll send you a notification at 80% and 100% usage. The overage fee (if there is any) will be calculated each month and will be charged at the end of each year for the previous years data overage usage. If you continuously go over month after month, then we’ll reach out and ask you to upgrade your plan.

As you approach your monthly limit, it will change accordingly.

If you exceed your current plan’s bandwidth by over 250 GB and haven’t upgraded your plan, your overage data will be automatically calculated and carried over to the next month. At the end of 12 month you will automatically be charged for the previous years overage. If a 2nd billing attempt fails, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.

PHP Memory Limit

Default memory limit are 256MB which are more than enough for most WordPress plugins and sites. There is no overage for the PHP memory limit, however, if you want to increase a site’s PHP memory limit, you can purchase a PHP memory limit add-on.

The PHP memory limit add-on increases the memory limit from 256MB to 512MB at a cost of $50 per site per month.

To purchase this add-on, please get in touch with the Account Management team or e-mail us at iphosting@imageproz.com. The add-on is currently only available to Ultimate plan customers; if you’re on the Starter or Pro plan, you would need to upgrade to a Business plan to purchase the add-on.

Extreme Overages

Our normal policy is to address overages on your hosting plan’s renewal date. However, in the case of an extreme overage, we may need to take action on the overage prior to your hosting plan’s renewal date.

An extreme overage occurs when the amount of your overage is as large or larger than the cost of your hosting plan over one year, or $550, whichever is less.

For example, if you are on our Ultimate plan ($59.95 / month x (12) = $719.40 annually), an extreme overage would be an overage of $550 or more.

When an extreme overage occurs, we may opt to resolve the overage sooner by requiring immediate payment of the overage or requiring that you upgrade to a suitable plan. In addition, in the case of an extreme overage, we reserve the right to temporarily limit access to the site or a resource hosted on our servers until the overage has been acceptably resolved.
